This video shows you the benefits of our Type 2 (Mennekes) to Type 1 (J1772) cable. It showcases both the quality of the cable itself and the connectors.

This Charging Station has a 32A Type 2 ('Mennekes') socket and a built-in circuit breaker. The circuit breaker can be accessed via a waterproof transparent cover and the 32A socket has a waterproof sprung cover. It can supply approximately 7kW adding up to 30 miles of range per hour.

If being installed at a domestic property, this Charging Station can only be installed outside and should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Suitable for outside use: The Type 2 socket communicates with the car to provide the maximum safe charging speed. The socket does not supply power until this communication has happened.

Safe: Integrated RCBO.

Future proof: Easily upgradeable at low cost to support the changes in European standards as they develop.
